GENERAL INFORMATION

Keys for your rooms are obtained from the Hotel registration desk from 12noon on the day of arrival and handed in by 10am on the day of departure.

ROOMS

Sleeping accommodation is charged per person and not per room.  

If you happen to have been allocated a twin or double to yourself and wish to offer a family member or friend, the spare sleeping place this must be paid for.

Anyone who allows someone to stay overnight or longer without permission will be charged the full Hotel rate. This is the Hotel regulation.

Please contact Ray Russell booking Officer who will work out a cost and he will register your guest with the Hotel.

PROBLEMS

If you have any problems or a query, please contact a member of the Conference Team. You will find their names on page one of this programme and they will be wearing a Committee badge.

NAME BADGES

All delegates must wear name badges at all times to comply with security procedures.

BOOKS

There is an excellent selection of books on sale on the bookstall that is situated in the registration area

LOST AND FOUND PROPERTY

For lost and found property enquire at the Reception Desk.

DATA PROTECTION ACT No details are passed on to any other parties.

RESPONSIBILITY It is an express condition of booking that the Birmingham Catholic Charismatic Renewal Conference cannot be held responsible for any personal injury  or damage to property nor non-availability of accommodation or amenities due to circumstances beyond its control. Our brochure is printed in advance, so we reserve the right to make alterations without notice.

The Hotel requests that all rooms are vacated by 10am on Friday morning. Arrangements will be made for you to leave your luggage in a secure room.

Children/Youth day tickets (under 16)

£16 per day inclusive of children/youth stream fee, lunch and 3 soft drinks.

Non-refundable deposit of 50% of day ticket price
